Starting a New Package Build Project
In order to start a new package project, you must already
have a package project source folder. This would be a folder containing VIs,
libraries or other files which you want to package. Once you have the folder of
package source files. Open the New
Package Build Project Dialog by clicking the build package icon in the VIPM
toolbar 
or from the Tools>Build
Package menu item.
